If you were living in this comfortable apartment in a landmark building near Wall Street, you would be only an elevator ride and walk out the front doors to the 4/5 train, and only a short walk to all the offices in the Financial District. The location, high ceilings, and ton of light from the large windows make this a wonderful place for businesspeople working downtown or in midtown. The kitchen has a very open feel with the cutout window bringing in light from the living room. The bedroom (10x14) has a nice closet and enough room for a queen sized bed plus a dresser. This is a great place and a must-see.
