  I cannot say enough good things about Ivan. He is intelligent, courteous, friendly, honest, cares and listens to what you want. I was looking for a very modest apartment financially (for NYC anyway!) and Ivan spent so much time going through everything with me, showing me many properties. He isn't pushy in any way, is incredibly honest and is an all round lovely guy. When you read about the bad peeps out there - as I did looking for my first NY apartment - trust me that Ivan is the exact opposite. I'm a super cautious person who double-checks everything - Ivan was honest about places he considered to have poor management or other issues, which I always verified with internet searches. Ivan earned my trust. I found a place privately in the end, and am currently in the process of application, but that was a matter of chance and not a lack of effort on Ivan's part. If that falls through or for any reason I'm looking for a place again, Ivan would be the first person I'd call.

  Ivan was fantastic. He was friendly and courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the advantages we could have that would help make sure we got the apartment we wanted. He was always available via phone or text, and made himself available to meet up in person whenever needed. Overall, he was reliable and easy to be around, and it was a great experience to work with him! I would recommend him to anybody looking for an apartment in NYC!
