East Village

Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

I'm not gonna lie to you--the bedrooms aren't huge. But for a fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, dishwasher equipped apartment--in an elevator building, on 7th and First Ave--this can't be beat--and I've seen every other 3BR in the area that's been available since they stopped selling smack in Tomkins Square Park I know eccentricity is nurtured in the East Village, but if you are looking for a 3BR there and you don't at least take a look at this one you're frickin' nuts.Call or email for a showing, we have the keys
