But for a fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, dishwasher equipped apartment--in an elevator building, on 7th and First Ave--this can't be beat--and I've seen every other 3BR in the area that's been available since they stopped selling smack in Tomkins Square Park I know eccentricity is nurtured in the East Village, but if you are looking for a 3BR there and you don't at least take a look at this one you're frickin' nuts.Call or email for a showing, we have the keys
