  To Whom It May Concern: Since time immemorial, I’ve sought my ideal NYC apartment: one that is spacious, relatively inexpensive, pet-friendly, and endowed with an indoor heated swimming pool. In the attempt, I’ve engaged numerous and sundry brokers. To get right to the point, almost all have failed. Almost. The one exception is Parish Pradhan, who succeeded well beyond the expectations of a client who had become inured to the countless disappointments of an aspirant to the good life in Midtown Manhattan. The result is that I now dwell in a residence to which I refer as “The Bomb”: in a building that should be named – simply – as The Bomb. Reasons are legion. Mr. Pradhan is prompt, personable, creative, unbelievably diligent, well-connected, and in general so effective that – if anything, in my estimation, and while clearly believing in himself – 1)…he has understated his overall competence – a scenario that is admittedly difficult to overcome with a client who had previously not known of him – and 2)…as a result, he has never fully exploited his competitive superiority. As a Ph.D. business strategy and management professor, an organizational behavior researcher and writer, and a former advertising copy-writer – and in order to buttress and enhance his merited success in his chosen field – I’ve sought ways in which I can help to market Mr. Pradhan. It is to be hoped that this endorsement is a useful first step. To apply this recommendation, I urge you to regard and treat Mr. Pradhan as the eminent first-liner that he has proven to be. I appreciate your time and your consideration, and wish my best: both for him and – as an organization who has chosen him wisely – for you as well. Cheers… Jonathan
