  I was in a rush to move out from my previous dwelling and was having a hard time finding the right situation. I saw an ad in Gramercy and decided to give it a call. The landlord was present and told me and the broker that the apartment was AS-IS and he would do only a paint and clean up job. When I moved in, the landlord did none of the things that he said he would do. I called the broker and asked him to reach out to the landlord; after two hours the broker sent his own painting and cleaning crew and had the place looking brand new. The best experience I had with a broker in a long time. Thanks.
