You get side street busy-ness with main street convenience. Some amazing locales are seconds away. You may want to keep note of these spots if you move-in; Barcade (old school video games & local brews). Brooklyn Star (simply outstanding Louisiana Style Southern Cooking). Union Pool (U know this spot already). Dumont (outstanding restaurant).
OUR OPINION: We believe that this is a great spot to dig your roots in for an affordable price. This 2 bedroom is only 1 block to the Lorimer L/G, so it is perfect for the roommates looking to commute who still want to be in the thick of the neighborhood. The apartment itself is recently renovated, with a HUGE open kitchen with center island, a handsomely redone spacious bathroom, new woods throughout and really great closet space in both rooms.
