OUR THOUGHTS: We believe that this 5 story brick building is special ... very special. When we discovered that the entire premises, including the Rectory, Church, and Catholic school had been purchased our interest heightened. We were certainly not going to miss out on the opportunity to get inside for a peak at the timeless interiors. The Church and Catholic School are about a year out from completion, however the Rectory is complete and ready for occupancy. We just love the detailed exposed brick, box framed oversized windows, and owner's choice to put unfinished oak flooring throughout the building. Even the entryway and stairwell have been finished nicely. All units have great views (some of the church), in-unit washer/dryers, and marble tiled modern bathrooms. A roof deck is an except able perk lol. You won't regret paying a visit to the property, even if you aren't digging for a 3 bed.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Well ....if living 1 block away from the Bedford L Train won't do, we don't know what will. This location is OUTSTANDING. North 6th Street, between Bedford Ave & Driggs Ave is actually strangely peaceful and quite. It is an oddity due to the fact that Bedford Ave is always packed with foot traffic as is North 6th St from Bedford to the Waterfront. Check it out for yourself. Of course it is pretty great to have so many top restaurants, shops, bars, and McCarren Park, literally at your doorstep. Nothing is missing from this area, and yes..Whole Foods is on the way.
