  Finding an apartment in New York City can be an intimidating task, and as a native of North Carolina moving to NYC can be even more intimidating. As I began my search I read countless horror stories from those who had been ill treated and scammed by agents and brokers. By chance I stumbled across David Klobus and DSA realty. Going into this process my expectations were on the negative side because of what I had read, but David quickly exceeded all my expectations. After describing to David what I was looking for and my budget, he listened attentively and set out to find me and my family what we needed. David was gracious to show me TONS of apartments in my budget all throughout the city so that I could get a visual for what I could afford. David is a gifted listener to the clients needs, and he works very hard to find you what you are looking for. He is honest and has high integrity in this business.
