The low-rise stands 5 floors tall and features 36 oversized Loft Styled apartments, mostly duplexes housing over 1,000 square feet of living space with double height ceilings & mezzanines. Amenities include elevator, garage parking for a fee, gym, terrace, and massive roof deck with 360 degree views. This particular loft sits on the top floor and has an in unit washer/dryer.
OUR OPINION: This home really works well for a couple seeking space for a home office, guest room, or space for a newborn. The loft does function for roommates, however one bedroom is clearly the 'master'. Roughly 16ft ceiling height, oversized windows, and enough living room space for a dining room table & comfortable seating area creates an inviting environment. We like the modern clean finishes, bathroom, and white kitchen.... great find.
