  I rented an apartment on the upper west side from Tatiana. She was pleasant and fun and lined up almost 8 apartments for me to see on my short visit to NYC. She spent all morning going up walkups for me and helped me decide on an adorable studio! She helped me get all my paperwork together and even made it possible for me to sign my lease from out of state. I am moved in now and am enjoying my adorable studio. I will most certainly be using her next year if I decide to move again!

  Even though I did not rent from Tatiana, she was super quick in responding to all of my emails and phone calls. She showed me everything that was in my price range in multiple different neighborhoods! Last minute I decided to move in with my boyfriend so I didn't end up needing a place, however I will be recommending her to my friends. She is professional, knowledgeable, and one of the nicest brokers I have dealt with.
