    Rachel called me within hours after I posted my request. When we met, she was very thorough, accommodating and had obviously done her homework. She only showed me apartments that had fit my criteria, not wasting any of our time. She was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

    Rachel was great. She was easy to work with and very diligent. On our first day out she showed me a variety of different types of apartments slowly narrowing down my "type" of apartment until she knew exactly what I was looking for. Once we figured that out, Rachel worked hard for me and found me a great apartment that meets essentially all of my requirements. She really listened and adjusted her selections to match what I wanted, not what she thought I should want. I appreciated having someone who really wanted to get me into my ideal apartment. I would recommend her to anyone searching for an apartment in the city.

    Yahira was a tremendous help in finding the right apartment for me. I came to NY from Miami with a limited amount of time to find a place. I wrote to her after finding her listing on nakedapartments. She responded very quickly and was ready to show me the apartment the very next day. After deciding on the apartment, she worked very hard to ensure that all my documents and applications were in order. She answered every question and responded quickly to every phone call. I can't even count how many times I called her. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth experience. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism and willingness to work hard.

    Narina is there to help. She has access to A LOT OF, if not all, apartments in NYC. I am relocating from California. She definitely brings me invaluable information on transition to our new life in Manhattan. Although I did not rent an apartment from her this time, I would definitely turn to her for future housing needs and also recommend her to anyone who is in need of an apartment in NYC area.

    James and Alex were amazing people to work with. I'm a student who moved to the city a couple months ago and I have been searching for an apartment because my student housing was too expensive. I found an apartment online and contacted Alex, I told him my price range and he and James both found a number of apartments to show me that I could afford. Now, thanks to the two of them, I now have a beautiful Alcove Studio apartment in the heart of Midtown. I would recommend these guys, they're great! :)

    I'm now entering into my 4th year in NYC, which means that this month I was looking for my 4th NYC apartment. After meeting with multiple brokers I have heard everything. "Your price point is too low", "This is a tough market", "This is a bad time to move". I found James on http://nakedapartments... and worked with James, Alex, and Joel. All three of them were amazing. I contacted James on nakedapartments on Friday night and he called me within the half hour. We made an appointment for Saturday morning and I was able to see the apartment that was advertised that day. All three of the guys were extremely honest and straight with me. I didn't feel like I was getting the run around or anything like that. By Saturday night Alex called me and gave me the good news that I got my apartment! They made the process painless and as stress-free as possible. I would recommend any of the three guys I worked with there to anyone.

    Adriana was the first broker that I felt really cared about her clients' needs. She showed me five apartments in one afternoon in the areas I wanted and within my price range. She works hard for her clients and is patient. In the end, I wound up in Brooklyn out of her speciality areas, but would have continued to look through her if she worked in that borough.

    I would highly recommend Alex. I contacted him after seeing a posting on this website. When we sat with him at his office, he paid attention to our requirements, and set realistic expectations for us, and on Day 1, we found an apartment we really liked. Throughout the process, he was very responsive, both via emails and phone calls, and very accommodating given my hectic travel schedule. The whole process took only about a week, and he was even able to hand us the keys a week earlier than our lease start date. I would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others. - Jess

    Alex was awesome to work with. After an initial inquiry via the website we set up a time for me to come by his office. We talked about a many different options and Alex provided a number of apartments with various styles and price ranges for me to compare. Once we decided on a place, Alex and his team worked quickly to allow it to all come together quickly with terms we were pleased with.     I would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for an apartment. He actually took the time to listen and find out what my needs were. He showed me several listings that were tailored to my list of prerequisites. Furthermore, he fine-tuned the search as we went along to the extent that each apartment he showed me was even better than the previous - in short, he kept outdoing himself. Jon will make you his priority, which will become evident when you see the quick and frequent exchange of communication as well as after hours e-mails; he will definitely burn the midnight oil to find you your apartment.     Nicolette has a great personality. We totally connected and she made me feel at ease. I felt that she was honest and really considered everything I was looking for in a nyc apt. I was dead set on Financial District and wanted to stay within a certain budget, with these limitations very few apts were available to see. I saw 3 different places, in 3 different buildings. Great broker, would definitely recommend!

    Neil was out of town but put me in touch with his fellow broker Ryan, who was great! He asked all the right questions (and answered mine). He totally understood what I was looking for and showed me some great places. In the end, I decided to stay at my current place, which Ryan was also totally cool about, no pressure or anything.     I was reluctant to use a broker after being stung by one last year. However, Silvio was simply, outstanding. There was no problem to big for him. He consulted with us initially on exactly what we wanted, and only showed us things we could afford in the areas we like. There was absolutely no hard sell. When we found a place, he guided us through the process (Which due to my Britishness was quite a long process) until we had signed for the apartment. I couldn't say anything more positive about him.
