    Yahira was a tremendous help in finding the right apartment for me. I came to NY from Miami with a limited amount of time to find a place. I wrote to her after finding her listing on nakedapartments. She responded very quickly and was ready to show me the apartment the very next day. After deciding on the apartment, she worked very hard to ensure that all my documents and applications were in order. She answered every question and responded quickly to every phone call. I can't even count how many times I called her. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth experience. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism and willingness to work hard.

    I would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for an apartment. He actually took the time to listen and find out what my needs were. He showed me several listings that were tailored to my list of prerequisites. Furthermore, he fine-tuned the search as we went along to the extent that each apartment he showed me was even better than the previous - in short, he kept outdoing himself. Jon will make you his priority, which will become evident when you see the quick and frequent exchange of communication as well as after hours e-mails; he will definitely burn the midnight oil to find you your apartment.     Rachel called me within hours after I posted my request. When we met, she was very thorough, accommodating and had obviously done her homework. She only showed me apartments that had fit my criteria, not wasting any of our time. She was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

    Rachel was great. She was easy to work with and very diligent. On our first day out she showed me a variety of different types of apartments slowly narrowing down my "type" of apartment until she knew exactly what I was looking for. Once we figured that out, Rachel worked hard for me and found me a great apartment that meets essentially all of my requirements. She really listened and adjusted her selections to match what I wanted, not what she thought I should want. I appreciated having someone who really wanted to get me into my ideal apartment. I would recommend her to anyone searching for an apartment in the city.

    Samia was dedicated, knowledgeable and genuine. We cannot say enough good things about our experience working with her. My boyfriend and I had called at least 20 different brokers in search of an apartment within a very *specific* budget and area of Manhattan. As luck would have it, we found Samia by chance who got back to us in no time whatsoever and immediately began narrowing down our search by both taking down our conscious wants and needs and paying attention to us while we spoke to get a good gauge of what was a possibility. Samia made an extremely engaging effort to make sure that our dream apartment became a possibility - and eventually a reality. "Eventually" is the wrong word to use considering it only took us FOUR DAYS while working with her to find, apply, and sign the lease for the perfect apartment. Working with Samia was like having a good friend with you who has your best interest at heart, understands where you are coming from, and can help insightfully guide you to what you're looking for. We strongly recommend and plan to work with her again on future apartment searches.

    Recently, I had to move out of my apartment pretty quickly to move back to Virginia. I had to break my lease and my landlord said that if it was rented before I moved out he would give me back my security deposit. Samia was absolutely wonderful!! She quickly got the place rented and saved me a ton of money! Also, she was great to work with. She was very good about letting me know when they would be showing the place and helping me get in contact with the new tenants and even helped me sell some of my furniture! It's always refreshing to meet someone in New York City that is as sweet and professional as Samia was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone if you are looking to rent your place or looking for a new home!

    Adriana was the first broker that I felt really cared about her clients' needs. She showed me five apartments in one afternoon in the areas I wanted and within my price range. She works hard for her clients and is patient. In the end, I wound up in Brooklyn out of her speciality areas, but would have continued to look through her if she worked in that borough.

He is very personable, friendly, and attentive. He listens to what you're looking for in an apartment and works his hardest from the time of searching for prospective listings to show you, all the way though to the lease signing. Finding an apartment is a stressful venture; especially in NYC so having an agent to eliminate the stress is well worth it! I highly recommend Francisco at City Solutions to anyone looking for an apartment!

    Very quick to respond to my inquiry, had a lot of listings available to show and prompt response through text, email and phone. Was eager to help me find a great place in the area I wanted to live in. I ended up renting an apartment with another broker, but I would definitely recommend Avraham!

    Avraham was quick to respond and flexible with viewing dates. I had 3 days to find an apartment and we found one. He was willing and able to show 15+ apartments in a single day, which made the shopping process far easier. Without Avraham I would have had to take significantly more time off work to find an apartment. Thanks Avraham!

    After receiving negative feedback from other brokers, I was sure that I couldnt find an afforable place in the city but after meeting Lwane, I was gladly proven wrong. Lwane was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and listened to what my roommate and I wanted. She was honest and still maintained professionalism throughout the entire time and honestly a joy to be around. Thanks for making such a tedious process into a memorable experience. :-)

    Lwane was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. She emailed us back within 24 hours of our first request for her help. She rented a car and drove us around the area of the apartment and pointed out various locations of interest. She was upfront and honest about everything. EXTREMELY professional but also very down-to-earth and easy to work with! We got our apartment in ONE WEEK because of her. She made it a stress-free process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to ANYONE. She is fantastic!

    Nicolette has a great personality. We totally connected and she made me feel at ease. I felt that she was honest and really considered everything I was looking for in a nyc apt. I was dead set on Financial District and wanted to stay within a certain budget, with these limitations very few apts were available to see. I saw 3 different places, in 3 different buildings. Great broker, would definitely recommend!
