    Three words pretty much sum it up: Emilia is awesome!! I worked with Emilia for a couple of weeks, and she was extremely helpful and always positive about me finding the right apartment. Emilia knew what I was looking for, and recommended places that she thought I would like based on my descriptions of the ideal place. She never tried to sell me on an apartment, and always listened to my thoughts after seeing something. Most importantly, Emilia only showed me apartments that she would consider living in herself. I never once looked at something wholly undesirable. With limited time to see places, this was priceless. I have already passed Emilia's name and info at Rapid Realty Prospect Heights along to friends, and I would recommend Emilia to anyone searching for that perfect place to call home.

He showed me several listings that were tailored to my list of prerequisites. Furthermore, he fine-tuned the search as we went along to the extent that each apartment he showed me was even better than the previous - in short, he kept outdoing himself. Jon will make you his priority, which will become evident when you see the quick and frequent exchange of communication as well as after hours e-mails; he will definitely burn the midnight oil to find you your apartment.     Lucky took my girlfriend and I out looking at apartments in NY and we were both astonished with the service. Not only was he more than willing to show us a vareity of units available (and extremely knowledgeable on the inventory and area) But he was also excellent with follow through. He would send us new listings every couple days, respond to our questions quickly, and was overall very pleasant to work with.

    Lucky is great! He helped guide my wife through the entire process of renting an apartment we were interested in. Lucky was always honest and very communicative and took the time to explain anything that wasn't clear. Unlike some other brokers Lucky was always extremely upfront about everything. Although unfortunately it didn't work out with the apartment Lucky showed us due to reasons beyond our control, we were very happy we got to go through the process with Lucky, and he was very supportive the whole way through. Thanks for a great experience.

    Is there a more frustrating process than looking for an apartment in NYC? We were coming from out of town and wanted our search to be as productive as possible. We contacted Greg and told him what our search criteria was. When we arrived at his office, Greg had lined up 6 viewings. We spent the afternoon darting all over Brooklyn. We happily found what we were looking for and after wrapping up the paperwork things were all set. We would like to thank Greg for his hard work and preparation and for making our apartment search relatively painless. We definitely work with Greg again!

    Great Contacted me when I was looking for a new apartment. He was really helpful throughout the process. He was able to coordinate the brokers office, landlord, and me within 3 days of looking at the apartment, applying, and signing the lease. Very friendly and honest.

    James and Alex were amazing people to work with. I'm a student who moved to the city a couple months ago and I have been searching for an apartment because my student housing was too expensive. I found an apartment online and contacted Alex, I told him my price range and he and James both found a number of apartments to show me that I could afford. Now, thanks to the two of them, I now have a beautiful Alcove Studio apartment in the heart of Midtown. I would recommend these guys, they're great! :)

    I'm now entering into my 4th year in NYC, which means that this month I was looking for my 4th NYC apartment. After meeting with multiple brokers I have heard everything. "Your price point is too low", "This is a tough market", "This is a bad time to move". I found James on http://nakedapartments... and worked with James, Alex, and Joel. All three of them were amazing. I contacted James on nakedapartments on Friday night and he called me within the half hour. We made an appointment for Saturday morning and I was able to see the apartment that was advertised that day. All three of the guys were extremely honest and straight with me. I didn't feel like I was getting the run around or anything like that. By Saturday night Alex called me and gave me the good news that I got my apartment! They made the process painless and as stress-free as possible. I would recommend any of the three guys I worked with there to anyone.

    Andre's response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous, but since I never had the pleasure of working with the gentleman, I can only rate him based on response time and the professionalism of his response. I later decided to contact one of the "top agents" only because I'm in time crunch and didn't think it would be fair to impose the strict time constrainsts of my search on him.

    Yahira was a tremendous help in finding the right apartment for me. I came to NY from Miami with a limited amount of time to find a place. I wrote to her after finding her listing on nakedapartments. She responded very quickly and was ready to show me the apartment the very next day. After deciding on the apartment, she worked very hard to ensure that all my documents and applications were in order. She answered every question and responded quickly to every phone call. I can't even count how many times I called her. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth experience. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism and willingness to work hard.

    Sheldon is the most honest and professional broker I've ever come across between my time in NYC and Boston. I seldom feel that I can actually trust brokers. This case is different. I settled on a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in South Slope/Windsor Terrace (after a rollercoaster of experiences with other brokers over the past few weeks). I highly recommend him to whomever is considering one of his listings.

    This broker is amazing! He basically got us our dream apartment at our price range despite a couple of snafu's that arose along the way. Besides that he is just generally an awesome guy and a good person, something almost unheard of for a broker in New York.     My fiance and I were looking for an apartment that was affordable and in a particular neighborhood. I'll just be honest, we aren't easy to please. In addition to that we don't look great on paper since we're both on unemployment. That's a solid 3 strikes against us. Despite everything, Correna still managed to help us find as excellent apartment. Even though it was not an easy process for everyone involved, we still managed to get approved. In closing, Correna could have just said no to us at any point. There are several couples in Brooklyn looking for the exact apartment we are and look much better on paper. However, she still worked with us and did her very best. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent. Thank you again Correna!

    Quran was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted in the beginning, and helped me to get what I needed out of the apartment I ultimately rented through him. He went out of his way to make things smooth and easy throughout the process, including meeting me during later hours and at my office location when I couldn't make it to him.     Simon is fantastic. He was totally honest, and actually LISTENED to what I needed (an affordable one-bedroom in Bushwick, near my studio). I even had a deal fall through (my fault) only a day before I was going to sign the lease, and he was not only tolerant, but was determined to get my deposit back. If every broker was as courteous and attentive, I don't think anyone would complain about paying the fee. P.S. I saw an apartment with Simon that I thought a friend would like, and he ended up taking it a couple days later.

    Simon was incredibly helpful in not only contacting us and showing the apartment, but also in negotiating where needed with the landlord pre-lease signing. We wound up with a great apartment within our wants/needs. His humor and knowledge of the field made the process smooth and easy which is no easy feat. I've met with some sleazeball brokers before, and not once did I get that impression from Carey. the most important thing about her is that she LISTENS to what you want and wont point you in a direction you shouldnt go in.     She offered us several apartments, other than the one we contacted her about. One of them was extremely nice. She did a follow-up of our case. Sometimes you deal with brokers that swear to you that they love to work with you, and then you never hear anything about them. This is not the case. She also offered us to try to negotiate with the landlord to get a longer leasing.

    She was very prompt, thorough, and polite. She was unwilling to speak to the owner about a negotiated price unless I paid the broker fee first, which was non-refundable if I pulled my application (if I didn't get the negotiated price or changed my mind). That was a little inconvenient, but somewhat understandable. I didn't even bother applying because of this stipulation though.

    Hong definitely comes highly recommended, though we didn't go with her she was definitely on top of things. Responded quickly and was able to show up apartments quickly. Though none of them fit our needs, they weren't at all bad apartments.
