    Look no further for a broker!! I can't believe I'm the first person to review Francis! I contacted many brokers on this site -- some were condescending, some were impatient and some were just unresponsive. Francis was a God-send! Searching for an apartment in NYC can be challenging and exhausting, but Francis made this a manageable process. He is so knowledgeable, so patient and so encouraging -- and he remained upbeat and positive even when I was running out of steam. I never would have found the great apartment I found had it not been for Francis. If I could have given him 10 stars, I would have!!

    Lucky took my girlfriend and I out looking at apartments in NY and we were both astonished with the service. Not only was he more than willing to show us a vareity of units available (and extremely knowledgeable on the inventory and area) But he was also excellent with follow through. He would send us new listings every couple days, respond to our questions quickly, and was overall very pleasant to work with.

    Lucky is great! He helped guide my wife through the entire process of renting an apartment we were interested in. Lucky was always honest and very communicative and took the time to explain anything that wasn't clear. Unlike some other brokers Lucky was always extremely upfront about everything. Although unfortunately it didn't work out with the apartment Lucky showed us due to reasons beyond our control, we were very happy we got to go through the process with Lucky, and he was very supportive the whole way through. Thanks for a great experience.

    Overall, i had a very good experience with Rachel and her team. From the moment I sat down with her to discuss apartments I could sense that she really cared that I found a great place. She was extremely knowledgable and creative in her approach and took the time to understand my needs. She didnt try to shove down my throat an expensive place out of my price range just for the commission check. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place in NYC.

    One word comes to mind about Kyle "patience". We never once felt pressured into taking an apartment that wasn't right for us. He kept showing us more and more apartments. He was also very good at getting apartment viewings outside of their normal showing hours. Time after time it was apparent that Kyle had built great relationships with the different building management personnel. After looking at apartment after apartment, our circumstance changed and put an end to our apartment search. At first I was worried about telling him. However when I did talk to him, he could not have been more professional about it. That is why we can't imagine ever using another broker again and will continue to recommend all of our friends to him. In an industry that often feels sleazy, Kyle is clearly a diamond in the rough.

    I found Silvio to be extremely helpful, I was relatively new to the NYC rental system and he provided insightful advice. Silvio was not pushy at all (like some brokers seem to be) and the apartments that he showed me where all top quality. I really have to emphasize how helpful Silvio was, he was attentive to listening to what I wanted and never tried to apply any kind of pressure whatsoever. He found me a place that is perfect for the expiry of my current address. If I have to find another apartment I will be going back to him for sure.

    From the first time I called, around 10pm at night mind you, Joe was very courteous, funny, and flexible. We made an appointment to meet and he was there on time and kept the humor coming. Joe and the management are some of the best I've ever worked with. They treat you like people, not potential profit.     One of the best experiances with a broker I've ever had. I've been in a month to month situation at my current apartment for over a year and every 3-4 months, i'd make it a point to go out and talk to brokers and try and find something new. Each time, the end result would be seeing a bunch of cookie cutter apts or getting the bait and switch done or completely misrepresented listings until i finally would give up and decide i wasn't moving. It wasn't until I got in touch with Tom that I was actually able to get any sucess in finding an apartment. From the very first phone call - which started at about 1030pm and lasted almost an hour, he asked me what I was looking for (something unique and spacious on the east side with an elevator) that I got a sense for his broad knowledge of the market. He wasn't just reading off generic listings that every brokekr has. Instead, he was thinking outside the box at apartments that were about to become vacated or buildings that he knew might fit which weren't listed. He had his own pictures of each apartment and a completely orginized personal database. We finally narrowed it down to 2-3 apartments that he would show me. When we met to see them, everything was exactly as it was desribed. He wasn't pushy at all and i never felt like i was being sold on anything. Each aparment was just as desribed and ended up signing a lease that same night. Couldn't be happier with the experience or the apartment. He even got me a remote control helicopter to fly around in my new apartment to go along with the 14 foot cielings!!

    Tom is an exceptional broker. During our apartment search, he was always very attentive, extremely patient, and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. He would listen carefully to my feedback and not try to rush me through apartment viewings. After only a brief discussion regarding the type of apartment for which I was looking, Tom was able to use his vast knowledge of availabilities to immediately narrow down the list of apartments that he was going to show me. Tom showed me only apartments that he knew I would highly consider as a viable option and did not try to convince me that I should be looking for something different. Needless to say, Tom helped me find an incredible apartment in a great location for a very reasonable price. Thanks again, Tom!

    Francois was great and very patient with me throughout the process. Most brokers wouldn't show me any apartments until I could confirm that my landlord would let me break my current lease early. He was the only broker willing to see me before I knew for certain. He was also very accommodating and showed me an apartment for the second time (the one I chose) on his day off.     Working with Stashana was such a pleasure. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and was able to comb through a bunch of listings to find & show some great properties. She won’t waste your time with places that are in sub-par condition or in sketchy areas. Even if you have a work schedule that makes it tough to view apartments, Stashana was willing to meet early/late, and will be on time. Since she is from New York, she’s familiar with all the neighborhoods and will definitely give you the edge and insight you need to know for your new home. Overall, she’s a cool, lovely gal who’s upfront, honest and super responsive.

    Lwane responsed promptly to my initial request. She was always available when I called, always very professional and courteous and kept all of her commitments. She proved to be very knowledgeable about the harlem real estate market and meeting the needs of my family based on the information I gave her of what we were looking for. Lwane only showed us one apartment- there was no need to look at any others because it met our needs and it was below market value. We looked at other apartments and found them to be small and overpriced. She exceeded our expectations by matching us with the right apartment so quickly and facilitating the quick approval and lease transaction with the landlord.

    Lwane has a high level of familiarity with the area in which I was seeking an apartment (Harlem). I was shown good apartments that were within my budget and I felt that she had a good understanding of the kinds of apartments and neighborhoods that I would be interested in residing.     I was kinda skeptical to work with Luis due to the negative review he received on this site, but I liked the apartment too much not to call, plus he seemed to be the only broker on Naked apartments with that listing. Luis was very accommodating to my schedule the two times we saw apartments. He listened to what I wanted in an apartment & was able to find me exactly what I wanted the next time we went out looking at places. He is very friendly & resourceful as I later found out during the closing stages of my apartment. All in all not only did I find the place I wanted but also at the price I wanted and not a cent more.     You want to have Cecil as your broker. I entered the rental market thinking I could do this on my own and did not need to use a broker. Cecil proved me wrong. The knowledge he has about the rental market, inside connections with various buildings, and his creativity with rent negotiations made it completely worth it. Most importantly, he attentively listens to what you're looking for and doesn't push you toward what works for him. He exceeded my expectations in every apartment he showed me. The next time I am in the rental market again, I will be calling Cecil.

    Though it didn't work this time as time limitation and our finance situation, Cecil has been trying soooooo hard to make up our expectation. Cecil was never pushy, always standing my side to figure out what the best for me. Believe me I have listed agents in my contacts, and Cecil is THE BEST. Such a trustful person nothing like push you to sign and get cash. I will definitely come back to Cecil next year with better finance situation.

    Emilio is an honest, punctual, easygoing, hardworking broker. Full disclosure --- he only showed us 1 apartment --- but that was more a reflection of our budget and the inventory available where we were looking. Throughout the whole process of setting up the viewing, meeting up and going through the apartment, answering all of our questions afterward, negotiations with the landlord, and the actual signing of the lease, Emilio was a pleasure to work with. In our apartment search, we looked at 23 apartments in with over 10 brokers, and I've gotta say, Emilio's easygoing attitude and total transparency put them all to shame. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a place in NYC.

    Samia was dedicated, knowledgeable and genuine. We cannot say enough good things about our experience working with her. My boyfriend and I had called at least 20 different brokers in search of an apartment within a very *specific* budget and area of Manhattan. As luck would have it, we found Samia by chance who got back to us in no time whatsoever and immediately began narrowing down our search by both taking down our conscious wants and needs and paying attention to us while we spoke to get a good gauge of what was a possibility. Samia made an extremely engaging effort to make sure that our dream apartment became a possibility - and eventually a reality. "Eventually" is the wrong word to use considering it only took us FOUR DAYS while working with her to find, apply, and sign the lease for the perfect apartment. Working with Samia was like having a good friend with you who has your best interest at heart, understands where you are coming from, and can help insightfully guide you to what you're looking for. We strongly recommend and plan to work with her again on future apartment searches.

    Recently, I had to move out of my apartment pretty quickly to move back to Virginia. I had to break my lease and my landlord said that if it was rented before I moved out he would give me back my security deposit. Samia was absolutely wonderful!! She quickly got the place rented and saved me a ton of money! Also, she was great to work with. She was very good about letting me know when they would be showing the place and helping me get in contact with the new tenants and even helped me sell some of my furniture! It's always refreshing to meet someone in New York City that is as sweet and professional as Samia was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone if you are looking to rent your place or looking for a new home!

    Working with Neil and his partner Ryan Olsen was an enjoyable and very productive experience. While I was tramping the streets with Ryan, Neil was finding more and more apartments for us to look at, which was a pretty impressive setup. Having just arrived from the UK and needing to find an apartment at fairly short notice, with limited knowledge of New York City, Ryan was patient, amusing and helpful. Above all, however, he listened completely to our requirements, took our more complicated than usual situation (no credit history etc) in his stride and was as good as his word in finding us an amazing apartment. It's one that I certainly wouldn't have found without Ryan and Neil's help. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Cheers!

    Adriana was the first broker that I felt really cared about her clients' needs. She showed me five apartments in one afternoon in the areas I wanted and within my price range. She works hard for her clients and is patient. In the end, I wound up in Brooklyn out of her speciality areas, but would have continued to look through her if she worked in that borough.
