I tell them what they need to hear,” says Richard, who is applauded and respected for his honesty and transparency. “In my opinion, there is no better ally to an agent than an informed client, and that is my goal with everyone I represent.” Specializing in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with particular expertise in the West Village, Gramercy and Upper West Side, Richard was born and raised in New York City so he knows the neighborhoods well. He grew up on the Upper West Side, also lived in Washington Heights and on the Upper East Side, and currently resides in Brooklyn.
