Ross Son

Born and raised in Brazil, Ross has lived the majority of his life in a warmth friendly environment. In 2000, he migrated to United States where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Packaging from Michigan State University. Soon after graduation he joined the nation's #1 Food distributor, Kraft Foods, as a Packaging Engineer. During his years with the company, he developed leadership, organization, time management, communication and people skills while dealing directly with other cross functional members. He is determined to provide quality customer service through his skills since he believes that there is nothing more rewarding than the satisfaction of his clients.
