Raheel was great! Showed us places we hadn't seen listings for, was honest with us about which apartments were already in process, and negotiated a better rental price according to his understanding of the market. His office handled our transaction smoothly and courteously, and we managed to negotiate on the broker fee as well - and we are now living in a wonderful apartment! Would definitely use him again, and this Rapid office is worlds better than any of the others I've dealt with over the last few years.
After searching for over a month for a new apartment, my fiance and I were finally able to find one with the help of Raheel. I can't say enough about Raheel..I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Raheel is the kind of person that makes you feel like he is there for YOU. We looked at over a dozen apartments and he was always there with a friendly smile. We found a lovely 2 br apartment at williamsburg and Raheel handle the negotiation like a pro. We were left with our mouths hanging open in awe. If you want a great experience, like most of us would, you have to give Raheel a call.

He really understands the local neighborhoods and knows what is important to each customer- so he knows the best apartment to show you (or how to get an apartment for you in the best price ).
