Pablo Garcia loves New York and it shows the moment you meet him! He has a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market and he takes pride in helping people find their dream homes. He is a 14 year real estate industry veteran and has represented clients in transactions of residential and commercial real estate all across New York City.
As a highly accomplished broker Pablo has a proven track record of success. PMG Real Estate is located in the Inwood section of Manhattan, an up and coming neighborhood of New York City. Inwood and Washington Heights are going through remarkable transformations. Pablo has witnessed the trend of young professionals, as well as families with children, coming up to the area to take advantage of the beautiful, spacious and refurbished housing stock, with the shining hardwood floors, high ceilings, views of the Hudson River and beautiful parks. Many of the commercial transactions that he has closed on are for the new businesses in Inwood and the Heights.
Pablo's advice to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in New York City is to find a broker who is knowledgeable, trustworthy and approachable. He is someone who encompasses all of these qualities. Pablo is optimistic about the future of northern Manhattan.
Born in Harlem Hospital in 1982 and raised in the Bronx, Pablo began working in the real estate business in 2001 at the age of 18. He learned about hard work and dedication from his mother and extended family. He had several family members who are real estate lawyers and taught him everything he needed to know about the real estate industry in New York City. He built on his experience, becoming a NYS licensed real estate broker and in 2009 opened his own brokerage, PMG Real Estate, where he has 6-7 employees consisting of brokers and support staff.
Pablo works closely with landlords, doing market analysis to determine listing prices for properties. He is passionate about investing in the community's future. He has a pulse on the area and knows what's hot now and what's going to be hot in the future. His business is 50%-60% in residential rentals. He has also done tremendous commercial real estate business, with his biggest deal to date last summer, closing at $4.5 million in a remarkable 2 months. He estimates that he has done approximately 200 rentals and 20-25 store rentals per year.
The following is a Yelp review from one of Pablo's satisfied clients:
"Working with Pablo and the rest of the PMG staff simplified our apartment search. Pablo was very attentive to our needs and consistently followed up with my roommate and me to make sure we were completing the appropriate paperwork and hitting our deadlines. Pablo worked to ensure we were happy, which was much further than other management companies were willing to go. Would definitely recommend to people looking in the Washington Heights/Inwood area."
Currently residing in New York City with his wife and business partner Giselle Concepcion and 2 beautiful daughters, Pablo is a fan of all the New York teams, the Yankees, the Giants and the Knicks. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally playing a pick up game of basketball with his friends. He also enjoys music, especially Spanish rock, meringue and classical salsa. He has traveled extensively throughout North America and often compares real estate in various parts of the country. He has given back to the community through generous donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital .
Pablo Garcia's energy, integrity, hard work and attention to detail is evident in every part of every real estate transaction. PMG Real Estate believes in a beautiful and vibrant New York City, one transaction at a time.
