Oren Marabi

Running a company taught Oren the importance of providing excellent communication and customer service. Having interacted with people from all around the nation and the world has made him adept at understanding the unique needs of different individuals. Prior to establishing his business, Oren always worked in sales and customer service positions. He is also a property investor who owns residential and commercial investment properties in Long Island and NYC, giving him hands-on expertise dealing with tenants, transaction and negotiations.

A native New Yorker from Roslyn, Long Island, Oren has lived in Manhattan for over five years, first in the East Village and presently on the Upper East Side. He loves everything about the city, particularly helping clients find their ideal homes. "I'm here to help, that's my job," he says. "I want my clients to feel free to ask as many questions as needed, from apartment viewing to lease signing or closing, because I want their entire experience to be pleasant."

When not busy showing apartment and building client relationships, Oren most enjoys  traveling and exploring new places. He is also an avid sports enthusiast and huge fan of all aspects of the game, as well as a voracious reader who likes to stay current.
