Although we didn't end up with an apartment through Nedvonne, he was so attentive and helpful through our initial correspondence, I would certainly think of him when I'm apartment hunting again - a fantastic broker!

Nedvonne was very courteous and listened to what we wanted and tried to find places that would fit our needs. I really liked that he wasn't a pushy sales person--I hate that. In fact, I dropped another broker for trying to push me into taking an apartment on the spot.
We ended up getting an apartment in a friend's building, but I would have likely gone for one of his properties if I hadn't.
