  I just moved to New York and had been looking for apartments for awhile. Everyone I know has been faced with the same frustrations of contacting agents only to be ignored or trying to fit apartment hunting around a busy work schedule. I've been trying to move out of my housing situation as soon as possible when I stumbled across a listing on this site rather late at night. I sent off a quick inquiry and Zaghir actually responded in a few hours. I saw the apartment, met with Zaghir, and put in an application, all on a Sunday afternoon. The next day I had signed on a place within my budget range. Zaghir works hours when other agents don't and is willing to fit around your schedule. He is professional, responsive, and honest. I will work with him in the future and would recommend others to do the same.
