Marcus was one of three brokers I met with, and was the one I ended up renting from. He found me a great, rent-stabilized place in my price range, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The management company was a bit slow getting things together, which pushed back my move-in date a little, but that wasn't Marcus' fault, and he got me a rent reduction for the trouble (without me even asking for it or anything). I would definitely recommend him.
