Soon after grasping a background in the science of real estate appraisal, I realized I was powerless in ignoring the truth that my deepest passion lay in the sales and client service sector. At that point I leveraged my experience, education, and interests, and became a licensed agent.
With brooding confidence and a trustworthy charisma, I guide my clients through the oft-daunting process of finding a home, with ease as well as an invaluable wealth of knowledge. Transparency is always my premier priority, and I thoroughly enjoy forging a friendly and trusting relationship with each and every one of my clients.
With a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Brooklyn College, I use critical thinking and a personable blend of logic and attention in my approach to real estate transactions, which enables me to dilegently serve my clients from search to signing. With a keen understanding of, and genuine care for, my clients' individual needs, and how they fit within the crucial parameters of budget, timeline, and neighborhood. I stay abreast of industry trends via blogs and various publications, as well tapping my wide network of insider friends and industry contacts.
In my off-time -- does that really ever exist? -- I am an avid art and music enthusiast, constantly exploring galleries, exhibits, and concerts all over the city. I live in the Ditmas Park neighborhood of Brooklyn and enjoying biking all over, and playing tennis.
Besides chatting real estate, feel free to contact me about the upcoming NYC concert schedule and don't be afraid to object if the conversation begins to unravel into tales of riding in the bed of a pick-up trunk from California to Colorado while following Phish!
I warmly welcome all inquiries, questions, and comments!
