Great broker! I would definitely recommend. He was able to show me several listings that just came on the market so I was among the first to see them. My only complaint is that he was somewhat slow to respond to my emails. Regardless, he was great; I found an apartment because of him and will tell all my friends and family to seek him out if they're looking for a new place.

Shankar took the time to really listen to our needs and wants. He showed us apartments that met those needs, and was patient with us when we took our time deciding.

I highly recommend Shankar to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC.

John was always on time and most of all listened to exactly what I wanted and only showed me apartments that matched that. He respected my time and what I wanted. It was a great experience and now I live in an awesome 1 bedroom in Chelsea!
