Jennifer was very nice and accommodating. She answered all of our questions and what she did not know she tried to find out in a fair amount of time. I also appreciated the fact that she was not pushy. I would recommend using her services if you would like a broker.

Jennifer was wonderful and incredibly sweet. We had a few mixups as far as scheduling viewing the apartment, but it all worked out in the end. I didn't end up taking the apartment, but my decision had nothing to do with the broker experience -- the apartment just wasn't right for me.

I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. She is a gem and I heartily recommend her both as a person and as a realtor/broker. One of my daughter's roommates broke their lease very suddenly leaving her with 21 days to find a place to live. We didn't really know Brooklyn at all. Jennifer mentored us throughout the search, without regard as to whether she would benefit, and offered to assist us every step of the way. She definitely earned every penny of her brokers fee, and she was very kind and friendly as well. She helped us when we were at the end of our rope in the apartment hunt- she swooped in and saved the day. And the apartment we are in is just perfect for us.

Just when I was about to completely give up on my apartment search, Jennifer came along and made my dreams come true! Not only did she help me obtain an amazing apartment, but she did so in a completely stress free, easy going and (dare I say) fun way! I had become overwhelemed with realtors treating me with no respect, being completely dishonest about apartments or just wasting my time. Jennifer is a diamond in the rough. She is extremely articulate, intelligent and knows the area she rents deeply. From the initial contact throughout the entire time working with her, Jennifer always answered her phone or got back to me almost immediately by text or email. She was very patient and consistently gave me prompt answers to my many many many questions. I feel so lucky to have found Jennifer and have already recommended her to friends! She is an absolute pleasure.

She was very prompt, thorough, and polite. She was unwilling to speak to the owner about a negotiated price unless I paid the broker fee first, which was non-refundable if I pulled my application (if I didn't get the negotiated price or changed my mind). That was a little inconvenient, but somewhat understandable. I didn't even bother applying because of this stipulation though.

Jennifer is great. If i had been looking for an apartment on my own, I would have moved into one of her apartments! Sadly, my roommate and I could not come to a consensus and let a good thing go!
