Jason Schuchman Town Residential, LLC (617) 285-8220 My web site

As a born and bred New Yorker, Jason Schuchman can’t imagine living anywhere else. After attending Tufts University in Massachusetts, “I wasted no time getting back to the city I call home,” he says.

As soon as Jason entered the world of residential real estate, he quickly became a top producer in his previous firm’s midtown east office. Well-versed in many of the city’s neighborhoods, Jason feels a special affinity for such west side neighborhoods as the West Village, Chelsea and the Upper West Side.

A member of Town West Village since March 2012, he was overjoyed to begin working in New York’s most beautiful neighborhood. Walking to the office each day on Horatio’s cobblestone streets, he is always enamored by the undeniable allure of the historic brownstones and cozy restaurants that surround him.

Customer care is Jason’s number one priority in every transaction.  Whether his clients are renting or buying, he recognizes that the process can be a nerve-racking experience with mountains of paperwork and demanding players.  Jason is particularly adept at stream-lining the application process, which substantially minimizes the stress that otherwise would fall on his clients.  Familiar with the nooks and crannies of various Manhattan neighborhoods, he also finds great joy in introducing his clients to hidden gems like the most scenic bike path or the best place to grab brunch or a strong cup of coffee.

Before entering real estate, his love of New York's pioneering eateries led Jason to a career in restaurant management. And if you’ve met someone in the restaurant industry, it rarely comes as a surprise that they work or have worked in acting as well.  A professional actor for over 10 years, Jason takes great pride in his acting career where you can catch him on an episode of LAW & ORDER after he helps get the cable set up in your new residence!
