Setting up appointments was a breeze, and he was very accommodating with schedules. I ended up not renting a place from Jared simply because my roommate locked in a place through a personal connection he had. Had that not happened, I'm certain we would have gone with one of Jared's properties.

Gave him really clear details on where I wanted to live, the criteria and price points. I met him and we walk into the first place. A walk up. Number #1 criteria on my 16 page powerpoint was NO WALK UP. I spent 10 mins with him as he then walked me to the second listing and 1 minute into the walk he was like "oh, this is a walk up too". They werent his listings so i dont blame him for misrepresentation but it was the worst broker experience I have ever had. I am sure it was for him as well.
