Danny was extremely responsive to my inquiry and after our first discussion, he established instant rapport. He was quick to share his experiences with the building, the super and the landlord whom he all knew pretty well. At times, I felt like he was OVER-selling the place and was nearly scared away on that premise. Regardless, I took a chance and everything he said turned out to be true. I started moving into my new apt this past weekend and couldn't be happier.
Danny was courteous, responsive and punctual during my apartment search this past month. I really liked that he listened to what I wanted and actually tried to match me up with an apartment that met my needs. (I met with at least a half-dozen other brokers who did NOT do this at all.) Overall I'd highly recommend him -- the only reason we didn't rent from him is because I decided to look in another neighborhood in the end, where he didn't have much inventory. The next time we move, or eventually when we decide we're ready to buy, I'd contact him again.
Well I had been looking for an apt for over 3 months mostly by owner, came across a few shady brokers and then I was lucky to find Danny. He showed me something below my budget fast approval no gimmicks and I secured a great deal with only viewing 3 apts with him. Highly recommend him and his team. Will call him when I am ready to buy.
Daniel definitely did a great job helping out my girlfriend and I. We were just moving into the city and really had no idea what the real estate landscpae was like. We worked with a few other brokers and no one was as communicative as Daniel was. He found us several different places and after figuring out what we were looking for got us a place within our budget. Would definitely recommend working with him.
