Dan was very responsive to the high demands that we were asking for. He was patient, understanding and willing to spend a lot of time with us. He frequently checked in with us and was honest about the apartments we were going to see. I never once felt like he was just "trying to sell." Dan is about as genuine a broker as you will find in Manhattan. I would highly recommend him.

This was my 3rd time apartment hunting in NYC in the past 5 years and I can honestly that Dan is the most honest, professional, and punctual broker I have ever worked with.
He really listened to what we were looking for, showed us only apartments that matched our needs, and was extremely respectful of our time. Dan is a rarity in the NYC rental market. I highly recommend him!
