  I am not even in the NYC area yet and just had some questions for Bob since I've never lived there before. I'm currently looking for a job but am not in a position to move yet. Within 5 minutes of sending Bob a message, he called me on the phone and responded to my questions in an extremely courteous, kind, direct and thorough way. He was an enormous help even though I had no intention of setting up an appointment with him. His respect for me as a person was so evident. I am convinced this is just who he is and how he does business. I have great respect for his kindness and professionalism. I'll be calling him first when I land a job in the city!

  I must have seen a dozen brokers before I met Bob. Bob showed me ONE apartment and that apartment is where I live now. It was by far the best deal and I am very happy with it. Bob helped me through the whole process and was very accommodating.
