  I am not even in the NYC area yet and just had some questions for Bob since I've never lived there before. I'm currently looking for a job but am not in a position to move yet. Within 5 minutes of sending Bob a message, he called me on the phone and responded to my questions in an extremely courteous, kind, direct and thorough way.   I must have seen a dozen brokers before I met Bob. Bob showed me ONE apartment and that apartment is where I live now. It was by far the best deal and I am very happy with it. Bob helped me through the whole process and was very accommodating.
