A native New Yorker and a natural people person, Andres Perea entered the real estate business because it combined two of his greatest passions: exploring New York City and helping others.

Andres relishes exploring new neighborhoods and restaurants throughout the city, and photos of his diverse journeys can be seen on his constantly updated InDepth_nyc Instagram feed. An alumnus of Xavier High School in Greenwich Village, Andres offers an encyclopedic knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods, with his business focusing on the Village, Chelsea, SoHo, and other parts of downtown.

Andres maintains close ties with both Xavier and the University of Scranton, where he received a B.S. in Psychology and Hispanic Studies and was active in college fundraising—customer service experience that has served him well in the real estate industry. A Spanish speaker, he also studied abroad in Puebla, Mexico. In addition to exploring New York City and its endless options, his hobbies include rowing and photography.

Andres is known for the empathy and attention to detail he brings to every client transaction, imparting his unmatched New York City real estate knowledge in order to help each buyer and seller he works with meet their individual goals.

“My business philosophy is to treat my clients and colleagues as a part of my family,” says Andres. “I always have their best interest in mind, place myself in their shoes, and explain the complexities of the New York City real estate process in the simplest way possible.”
