  Alena has been absolutely great so far. She has been friendly and honest and helpful, which is a breath of fresh air with nyc brokers. We haven't decided what our next direction will be with apartments, but I would DEFINITELY recommend Alena if you're looking in NYC!

  Got in contact with me right away and showed us a few places that were just what my girlfriend and I were looking for. Decided to rent one of the units immediately. Saved a lot of time searching because she gave us what we wanted and could afford, and nothing else. We managed to get approved in 30 minutes and got our deposit in the next day because Alena expedited the process for us. Really friendly and a straight shooter, plus really knows what she is doing. She comes prepared and will answer any questions before you even think to ask them. I would recommend her for anyone.
