Adam is a great guy, I started my search and met a couple of brokers but adam is one of the best, he very clear on what he can get you and helpful. Everything is made clear and no hidden fee like co brokers etc
Adam did respond to my inquiry very quickly. We saw apartments. For some personal reasons, I couldn't make a decision to rent the apartments that Adam showed me but over all my experience with him was great.
During our apartment search, my roommate and I met the sleaziest, most dishonest brokers in Manhattan. When we met Adam, he was a breath of fresh air and SO different from the others. Up front and honest, Adam stays on top if his listings and was able to get us in to see (and eventually rent!) apartments before anyone else. We were glad to have met him.
Adam was GREAT! He was very helpful and listened to what you wanted and didn't try to push you over your budget. He was NOT pushy at all, which I really liked. He was all about finding the best place for you. He was a very honest and friendly guy.
