William is absolutely AMAZING!!! It took almost 6 months for me to find the apartment I'm living in now, which was found by William, and he was by my side the entire way. I was working with about 3 real estate agents during this time and William was the only one continuously sending me listings and keeping me updated on applications in progress. If it wasn't for him I probably would have given up my search he is extremely professional, diligent and especially kind. Your in good hands with William Garcia!!!
William was very active looking for an apartment for me and my family. Even if I did not rent from him because I found something else, it was a real pleasure seeing apartments with him. He was willing to attend my needs, working even on Sundays, he never stopped. Of all brokers I worked with William was the best, if you need somebody to really cares he is the one.
