  I've been working with Patrick for a couple of weeks now and have been happy with the range and quality of apartments he's shown me in Brooklyn. I've been particular about the kinds of things I'm looking for in my price range (not a wide latitude) and he's been very attentive to those details - i.e. he "gets" it. Though I haven't found the right place yet, I feel fairly confident that he's interested in working hard to get me what I'm looking for. So far, he's been very professional and courteous but also has one of those candid, no-nonsense traits that I personally prefer in a broker. I would definitely recommend him to others.
