Whether you want to rent or buy property, navigating the NYC market can be stressful and overwhelming, even if you’ve gone through it already and know what to expect. Jordan believes that ultimately, a successful real estate experience with a professional comes down to knowledge, honesty and managing expectations. It is a two-way street as well, as it’s just as important that the client be ready to move when the right property comes along. “Preparedness is key, which is why we sit down from day one and I explain the entire process, making sure all our ducks are in a row and there are no surprises.” He also is not afraid to be extremely truthful about the pros and cons of buildings and apartments in the best interests of his clients. Dedication, punctuality and reliability also go a long way in his book. “I’ve had clients tell me that working with me is very refreshing; that it’s rare to work with someone who actually cares, and who you can rely on. That means the world to me.”
Jordan began his real estate career at one of the largest residential landlords in Manhattan, winning the "Rookie of the Year" award and becoming a top team with his partner Ari Kliot. They have since moved on to several boutique firms, with the desire to be a top sales team in the NYC market. Overall, his success has earned him the trust and respect of his peers and clients.
Originally from Westchester, Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Albany. He lives in the Financial District, and has a background in sales, customer service, and management. When not busy working, Jordan still takes part in Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity events both locally and at his alma mater. He is also an avid NY Jets fan, and loves snowboarding.
