Born and raised on the Lower East Side, Jonathan Ron has lived in New York City his entire life and offers a competitive advantage via his innateknowledge of various Manhattan neighborhoods. After graduating from University at Albany with a business degree, Jonathan worked at a high end residential renovations firm, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of buildings, codes and construction. Afterwards, he transitioned into finance working as a financial analyst for a biopharmaceutical hedge-fund, conducting valuations and drafting equity research reports. Later, he moved into Private Equity working on the emerging markets team dealing with microfinance, telecommunication and agribusiness transactions for a small boutique. Additionally, he spent the last decade successfully managing several multi-family buildings on the Upper West Side, specializing in revenue enhancement strategies and acquisition analysis. All of his experiences combined with his strong interpersonal skills led him to pursue a career solely in real estate.
