Inwood

Quiet On the rise

As the northernmost neighborhood on Manhattan Island, Inwood is a desirable location for those that yearn for the feeling of suburban living, but can't stand the thought of leaving Manhattan.

With the Harlem River to the north and east, the Hudson River to the west, and Marble Hill directly north, Inwood is bound by water on three sides. As a result, many residents praise the neighborhood's scenic and isolated feel, away from the rush of the city, but not too much so.

Normally I do not post photos prior to an apartments being ready for move in but availabilities in this building are great and do not last. An open kitchen with a dishwasher is off of a giant living area which features exposed brick and recessed lighting. The bedroom is king sized and has a walk in closet of its own. Located in a pre-war building (solid walls so you don't hear your neighbors) with laundry and super on-site. Express and local subways are just a short walk away. Please contact Jeff if you have questions or would like to drop by to take a look at this great space in person. The apartment will be ready for move in on June 15th. Although dogs are prohibited all other pets are welcome.
