James believes that in order to best help your clients, you need to know New York from all angles. "Finding one's home involves much more than the apartment itself; it requires envisioning an entire lifestyle." James' passion and understanding of real estate comes, in part, from growing up in a family that was immersed in the industry, and owns several buildings. He took a broader interest in the markets working tirelessly on Wall Street in International Securities Lending prior to becoming an agent.
Highly detail-oriented, communicative, resourceful and analytical, James has a fine reputation for service and a proven track record of results. Yet it is the strong relationships he has formed with clients that mean the most to him. Genuinely concerned about his clients' best interests, James remains actively involved in every step of a transaction.
James is charismatic, market savvy, and extremely trustworthy with your business. He will cater to your every need, and tend to each detail so all you have to do is surrender to the excitement of the real estate experience.
