Adam Ashkenas chose real estate as his career for the opportunity to work with clients in making the largest personal financial decision in their life in his favorite city in the world, New York. After years of his owning and operating a retail company managing 30 employees, he transferred his seasoned business acumen and white-glove service orientation to a field he truly loves.
Adam knows that every client's needs and situations are unique. With that, he approaches each individual with open ears and an open mind to learn as much as he can about them, and plan a custom course of action so the right decisions can be made. His background enforced in him the optimal qualities to ensure success for every client, such as strong relationship management skills, negotiating savvy, keen attention to detail, an analytical mind and a consultative approach.
Originally from Washington, DC, Adam holds dual BS degrees in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University, and an MBA from Fordham University. He currently lives on the Lower East Side of Manhattan enjoying the convenience, energy and offerings of NYC. When not busy at work, Adam is a NYC pick-up basketball enthusiast and a New York Cares volunteer. He is also active in the Fordham University and George Mason University alumni community in the Greater New York area.
"Like the city itself, real estate in New York is a wondrous, intriguing, 1000-piece puzzle of opportunity. Whether you are renting, buying or investing, allow me to be your partner in putting the pieces of your own unique puzzle together."
