OUR OPINION: This two bedroom apartment is large and open with great details like track lighting. The windows allow for nice natural light, especially in the bedrooms which are very large. The building sits on Java St. in between Franklin St. and Manhattan Ave. This is a terrific part of Greenpoint with Transmitter Park and the East River Ferry a couple blocks away at the waterfront. The Greenpoint G train is a short walk away too. Commuting to Manhattan from here is easier than you'd think since the L and the 7 trains are quick connections from the G. You'll have the peace and quiet on your tree-lined street, with lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
