Descriptions of 3765 18th Ave

Quiet building, Live-in super, Pre-war building, Brick, Lobby, Intercom, Laundry in building, Easy street parking, Restaurants nearby, Shopping nearby, Quiet neighborhood, School nearby, Tree-lined block. Christine Coley (Apr 2012)
This neighborhood's Victorian mansions and quiet side streets evoke a pastoral charm, but its commercial corridors remind you that you've made it to the 21st century. There's a central Brooklyn neighborhood where you can hitch up your horse at an early 1900s barn. Luckily, its shops (and Manhattan) aren't difficult to access thanks to the F train. Larry Kurek (Mar 2013)
The building has a laundry room and superintendent, and is about the same distance from the F at 18th Avenue and the B/Q at Newkirk. They are building a laundry room in the lobby which should be finished this month. Liam Mccarthy (Mar 2013)
Prewar walk-up building with laundry, great location, near transportation, close to stores and restaurants on Coney Island Ave. Chauncey Palmer (Apr 2013)
Close to trains, buses, shopping, dining, close to bike riding and jogging on Ocean Pkwy, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Tiffany C (May 2011)
