Descriptions of 2000 Dorchester Rd

Ditmas Park is a neighborhood in western Flatbush in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, east of Kensington, and is one of three Flatbush neighborhoods which have been officially designated Historic Districts. Located on land formerly owned by the Ditmas family that remained rural until the early 20th century, the neighborhood consists of many large, free-standing Victorian homes built in the 1900s. Running along the B and Q line with many terrific shops and restaurants, with a weekend Farmers Market for the public to buy and sell organic produce. Gorgeous remodel full bath, elevator, live in super, close to all transportation and shops. Intercom. Renee Clarke (Jul 2013)
On entering the building you'll notice it's grand entrance that includes three oversize arch glass doors that leads to outdoor space, diamond pattern marble floors, and new elevators. Beautifully maintained building located at Dorchester Road in Ditmas Park with fantastic proximity to Prospect Park and subway lines B, Q, 2, and 3. Additionally, as an added benefit heat and hot water is included and laundry facilities can be found in the buildings basement. Djalleh Piri (Feb 2014)
A kitchen with brand new appliances, tons of light from the oversized windows, and proximity to the F, B, and Q trains. All this on a beautiful block rife with some of Brooklyn`s sturdiest and most handsome architecture. Matthew Irisarri (Jul 2013)
You are located near all of the bars, restaurants and more which Cortelyou Road has to offer. As well as the Very Reliable Q train. And get your laundry. Colby Fleury (Sep 2014)
