Descriptions of 532 Flatbush Ave

As far as transportation is concerned, the 2 and 5 trains at Winthrop and Sterling Street, the Q train at Parkside Avenue and the B, Q and Shuttle trains at Prospect Park are the options offered in Prospect Lefferts Garden. Originally, the area was originally settled by a family in 1660 but in 1893 the Lefferts estate was divided by James Lefferts into six hundred building lots, now known as Lefferts Manor. By 1979, Lefferts Manor and parts of Lefferts Avenue and Sterling Street were granted landmark status by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. In 2012, the Q train was named the most reliable train by News Channel 12. Quiet neighborhood. Michael Grant (Feb 2012)
Just around the corner from Prospect Park, and on the same block as the Q/B stop at Prospect Park, this is an unbeatable deal. This is an amazing location. Juanita Melendez (May 2014)
Transportation is even better, you are around the corner from the Prospect Park Q, B and Shuttle train Station. 20 minutes on the train gets you to the center of the city that never sleeps. Super is on site and laundry in on the same street, how convient is that. Laundry and grocery shopping are all task less daunting. Location is Everything, Right. Lamar Bryant (Dec 2012)
You can also take the S shuttle train. Colby Fleury (Apr 2014)
