Descriptions of 15 Kingsland Ave

Conveniently this building stands on the corner of Skillman Avenue and Kingsland Ave, just 4 blocks away from the Graham Avenue L train stop, and steps away from notable restaurants such as Mesa Coyocan, Sel de Mer, Gwynnette Street, and Oak. I really enjoy spending time around the Graham L Train subway stop as I find that the area has not yet become over-run with tourists, and the infastructure is still represented mainly by mom and pop establishments. The Graham L area has become quite popular as several new businesses, shops, and restaurants have opened there doors during the past 12 months, directly on Graham Avenue and surrounding streets. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, shops, and markets in the neighborhood. Mark Fraser (May 2012)
For getting around town by subway, walk over to the L train at Graham Avenue (3rd stop outside Manhattan) and shoot directly into Manhattan in less than 5 minutes and connect with almost any subway line in the city. For shopping, the Graham Avenue shopping district offers a variety of supermarkets, hip cafes, Italian Eateries. Carey Larsen (Apr 2012)
Only 1 Block from Cooper Park and 4 Blocks from L Train and everything Graham Avenue has to offer, Heated Parking Available less than a block away for additional cost, but street parking is easily available. Brittany Phillips (Jan 2011)
