Richardson Street itself is a quite tree lined road, very close to Driggs Avenue, and Bedford Avenue, where the options of restaurants, shops, and boutique venues are countless. The Lorimer L Train and Bedford L are a few minutes away on foot, allowing very quick access to Manhattan. Located just a block from Mccarren park and a short walk to the Bedford L Building Amenities. The building was gutted a few years ago, upgrading all bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
