Descriptions of 220 N Henry St

Greenpoint has become one of the most desired area's in Brooklyn for it's quiet, tree-lined streets, sprawling parks, and world class dining and entertainment. Set in a charming building, close to some of the best restaurants, shops, culture and nightlife in Brooklyn, this stupendous place will move like NASCAR. With gorgeous Hardwood Flooring throughout and a Washer and Dryer in the building, this is what it's all about in Greenpoint right now. Thomas Handschiegel (Aug 2014)
Sorry No Utilities included but bldg is very well insulated and has energy efficient boiler installed.
