Lucent Condos are situated in the Heart of Williamsburg on N11th Street between Bedford Avenue and Driggs Avenue. Carey Larsen (Jan 2012)
The East River Park is also 6 blocks away, which hosts local events, concerts, several markets and direct quick access to Manhattan via the Ferry. However, every bar, restaurant, and shop, that you will indefinitely frequent, is no less then a few minutes away, if not right on the corner. The location is simply excellent, as N11th Street does not see much foot traffic, making it a relatively quite location. Lucent Condominium is one of our personal favorite boutique condo buildings located off of the Bedford L Train. The elevator building also boasts a communal tiled and furnished roofdeck with Manhattan views. The Lucent stands on North 11th Street, smack in the middle of Bedford Avenue and Driggs Ave. Jane Moriarity (Sep 2013)
